Beer Description
Adding a touch of lactose and fermenting with Brux Trois yeast, this brew jumps into the ring with subtle sweet lime notes and bright grapefruit vibes.
Our newest Brux NEIPA, Jersey Triad. We have combined forces with Dark City Brewing Company and Last Wave Brewing Co to form the next generation of the Jersey Shores greatest tag team ever. All three have started with the same base IPA recipe: A heavily oated and wheated grain bill, hopped with Zeus, Lupulin Citra, and New Zealand Motueka. Each brewery has put their own unique finishing move on it and the result is Jersey Triad: three unique beers with a common base.
For our version we decided to go big. Adding a touch of lactose and fermenting with Brux Trois yeast, we created a 7.9% abv brew that jumps into the ring with subtle sweet lime notes and then clotheslining you with bright grapefruit vibes.
