Aromatics of poached golden pears, lychee and hint of lemongrass, and a mouth filling balanced sour of melon, key lime, juicy pear and acidic Riesling notes.
We wanted to brew something unique and unusual, so we created this DDH mix fermentation sour.
The beer stands out from the effervescent aromatics of poached golden pears, lychee and hint of lemongrass. Followed by a mouth filling balanced sour of melon, key lime, juicy pear and acidic Riesling notes.
The blend of flavors from the yeasts, lactobacillus and dry hop additions create that perfect destination of where science meets art.
