Locally malted rye lends a spicy and complex flavor; bright, resinous and fruit-forward flavor from Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson, and Wakatu hops.
This hazy Imperial IPA is brewed with locally malted rye from Asheville’s Riverbend Malt House, which lends a spicy and complex flavor to this intense beer. But the hops are the real stars here – like a phoenix rising out of the malt flavor – with bright, resinous and fruit-forward flavor from Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson, and Wakatu hops.
