Beer Description
Inspired by all the late hop addition beers on the market, we didn’t start to add hops to this beer until 5 minutes from the end of boil. Then we added hops, more hops and even more hops. What resulted is all the beautiful aromatics and flavors expressed by Centennial and Amarillo hops without the punchy bitter bite. To provide an even smoother ride, we dosed this beer with a healthy serving of lactose. At 9.8%, itβs a perfect mix of old school IIPA with new world of fruitiness.
