Back again after a 3-year hiatus. We call the base beer of this variant a “tart saison” since it’s a saison with just a touch of sour. This beer is enjoyed by a wide range of palates… a pleaser for those that like fruit beers, sour beers, and lighter body summer beers. Made with real apricot puree.
