El Dorado is unique and hasn’t been around that long. With this hop you’re hinging your palate on stone fruits and even a candy-like quality.
El Dorado is unique and hasn’t been around that long. With this hop you’re hinging your palate on stone fruits and even a candy-like quality on the flavor side with aromas of watermelon and pear. When that combines with wood-aged component this one is massively complex. At SOB we’ve done a number of limited release beers with ElDo, our recent Unclouded project with Third Space, Ticklefight, an upcoming collaboration with Pipeworks called Fermentator Problem Solved (it pays to read this far), FIBS, and a few others.
