Beer Description
For our 1st anniversary we thought we’d do a little throwback shoutout to the early days of our beloved village. Back in the day, various artisans would travel from town to town and set up shop. The daguerreotype photographer placed an ad in the Oswego paper calling all to prepare for their portraits. These portraits are black and smoky gray. After aging our imperial milk stout in freshly dumped Koval bourbon barrels, we are getting huge aromas of oak, vanilla, bakers chocolate and smoky roasted malts.
