This Double Dry Hopped IPA is a showcase of CY18 Citra and Mosaic hops we selected at source in the Yakima Valley. These two modern favourites have become staples in craft beer, but this crop is presenting particularly bright and impactful fruit flavours, supported by punchy resinous notes. A full-bodied, smooth DDH IPA provides a perfect platform for them to shine
