Beer Description
This Brut IPA takes a different spin on the style, by adding peach cobbler to the mix during cold crashing.  Hopped with Comet and Simcoe in the kettle to produce some bitterness and mild grapefruit notes then heavily dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Hallertau Blanc to create aromas and flavors of pineapple, white grapes, stone fruit, pine and of course, peach cobbler!  Available only for a limited time in the Tap Room.
