Beer Description
La Grande is a blend of local apples featuring the Reine de Pomme, an heirloom French cider apple rich in tannins. La Grande combines wild and cultivated yeast fermented dry and then aged in bourbon and rum barrels for four months. The amber-hued cider is unfined and unfiltered.
