Beer Description
Lévrier is a saison-based riff on a Greyhound cocktail (which also inspired the name since Lévrier means “Greyhound” in French). One of our foeder saisons is very grapefruit and citrus peel-forward, so to this base beer, we added a small amount of stone fruit (a blend of peaches, apricots, and plums) to amplify the sweet and crisp fruit flavors, as well as a liberal dry-hopping of Galaxy. The resulting beer is hazy from the large hop addition, tart like grapefruit juice, and very refreshing. We won’t blame you if you crack one open at brunch!
