Tannic, dry, rich and cloudy. Slightly tart, red hue, with light carbonation.
Notes: Woody/ forest aromas, tannin balanced by sharp apple echo. Unsweetened elderberry= rare treasure. Source: 10% elderberry, 1% sumac berries, 4% huckleberry, 85% apples (all foraged from Wurtsboro woodlands)
