Beer Description
The first in a series of saisons that pair seasonal ingredients with specific strains of Brettanomyces, ‘The Finer Points of Bad Behavior: Volume 1’ pairs fresh peaches from Mick Klug Farms with a strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis known to evolve over its lifetime from fresh, ripe peach juice and white-wine-like characteristics to a refined funk. Our goal is to make a beer that expresses different aspects of the peach as the beer ages. From fresh peach juice in the beginning to funkier, deeper peach skin and flesh over time.
