Beer Description
As subtle as a lactose fruited sour IPA can be. Guava takes the forefront with a nice dry hop of Citra and Eldorado, a bit of vanilla, lactose and strawberry to round it out.
We made this to be the dessert course of our beer week beer pairing with our friends over at Van Leeuwen Creamery.
Fruity, hoppy, a little creamy and real smooth this beer goes great with the Van Leeuwen Honeycomb ice cream with a guava swirl.
