This is a food pairing beer, inspired by and using umeboshi (a salted, preserved Japanese plum) and made to go with our friends at Shalom Japan’s fusion food.
The taste experience begins with a slightly juicy plum nose, leading quickly into a low acidity and a light umami character that builds sip by sip. Try it with their Wagyu Pastrami Sando for a food and beer pairing that compliments and grows as you enjoy.
