Beer Description
This beer was brewed with our friends from Brasserie du Bas-Canada. It was hopped with Citra® and dry-hopped with Citra Cryo®, Nelson Sauvin™ and Denali.
Originally built in 1828, the Union Bridge spanned the Chaudière Falls, first connecting the provinces of Upper and Lower Canada across the Ottawa River. We brewed this beer in tribute to the enduring connection between our communities almost 200 years later.
