The hops went from field to brewkettle in a matter of hours bringin a fresh, grassy, and citrusy aroma and flavor to this once a year creation.
An orange colored ale (6.0% ABV, 40 IBU’s) made with California grown malted barley, munich malt and locally grown fresh picked Ivanhoe and Centennial hops (from the Kuchinski Ranch in Lake County).
