West Coast IPA. Sharp, assertive and bone dry. Hopped aggressively with Columbus and Centennial throughout its boil then later dry hopped with restrained amounts Amarillo and Simcoe. Bouquet of rough-cut pine and citrus zest. Ode to your fathers IPA.
