Chocolate Cheesecake Imperial Stout. An international collaborative effort to raise awareness for the injustices people of color face daily. Our BIB release is also a recipe collaboration with our friends in Edmond in the early stages of starting Majestic Beast Brewing Co. Together we took the base collaboration recipe from Weather Souls Brewing (San Antonio, TX) and created a chocolate cheesecake imperial stout, utilizing cacao and real cream cheese. Our version of BIB is thick and chocolaty with a clear tangy “bite” present from the cream cheese.
