Beer Description
This tart and tropical ale is your new right-hand man. The sour ale is made with a combination of two distinct fermentations. The first base beer is naturally soured during fermentation with Lactobacillus, while the second base beer begins fermentation with Saccharomyces and is racked into the first beer during high krausen. There’s a good amount of wheat in the beer for that fluffy, wheaty character, complemented beautifully with a healthy addition passionfruit.
