Beer Description
Fermented slowly and fairly cold with the famous McEwan’s Scottish
ale yeast, our Wee Heavy has the characteristic clean, smooth !avor
that makes it unique from other beers in the ale family that "nish
with more fruitiness. A touch of smoked barley malt and crystal
malts add to the complexity of this velvety brew. Named after
Hayden, Mandi and Taylor’s son, who is no longer wee, but his beer
is still comfortably heavy.
