Beer Description
Using our own pure well water, Oregon grown Mecca Grade malt, loads of Nelson Sauvin hops, and fermented in oak puncheons with Norwegian farmhouse yeast, we get notes of citrus creamsicle, a delicate pop of white grape, and a rounded malt character that properly quenches.
