This brew embodies a complex malt profile that exudes a caramel, bready and dark fruit. Belgian candied sugar is added at peak boil to enhance the malty sweetness of Pilsner, Munich, and Special B malts. Hallertauer hops and Monastic yeast round out the brew emitting spice, fruit and floral aromatics.
