Blend of saisons fermented in French Oak foeders, then refermented on a healthy dose of jammy strawberry puree before being infused with hibiscus petals.
Punch began as a blend of saisons that were fermented in our French Oak foeders. The finished blend was refermented on a healthy dose of jammy strawberry puree before being infused with hibiscus petals. The resulting beer is reminiscent of that favorite childhood beverage.
