Beer Description
At 8.3%, a full body balances out the sweetness of this big, beefy NEIPA. Thick and opaque, the heavy spelt additions and a sprinkle of rye deepen the full, juicy body. Citrusy, herbal, and spicy Ekuanot hops play nicely with the showrunners Mosaic and Amarillo – all dry hopped at two points during fermentation.
