Good City 5th Anniversary

DDH DIPA w/ Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Cryo, & Mosaic Hops. Like an artist piecing together a mosaic, we brewed our Anniversary beer by paying homage to the ingredients that made Good City what it has become over the past 5 years. By taking the single chord of Mosaic Hops, we offer a heavy-handed flavor of tropical fruit, mixed berry skittles, and floral blueberry fields. The heavily potent Mosaic Incognito whirlpool treatment creates a base for the drippy and sticky mosaic cryo hops, and because it’s a party we added even more mosaic for good measure. Flaked oats blended in with the malts offer a soft, smooth body that harmonizes with the hops. What our Motto was in 2016, is still our sentiment today… Seek the Good.
