Beer Description
Inspired by mixology, we blended nine hops varieties with California-grown native blackberry root and orange peel bitters to put some uptown in the downtown.
This is one hop cocktail that shakes things up. Vibrant citrus and pine notes follow with stone fruit nuances. Then those bitters snap your palate clean. For a new way to IPA, The City is where its at.
