Beer Description
Confluence joins together our signature bend of West Virginia grown apples with British Bitter Sweet varieties. Bold and bracingly structured, this tannic cider features notes of apricot, coffee, and ripe apple. Aging for 6 months, in both French Oak Chardonnay and Spanish Sherry casks, introduces hints of tobacco, oak raisin, and smoky fig.
