Our rotating dessert berliner weisse is meant to bring fresh baked desserts straight to your glass. They are brewed to be light and clean with a bit of lactose to provide some sweetness.
Our rotating dessert berliner weisse is meant to bring fresh baked desserts straight to your glass. They are brewed to be light and clean with a bit of lactose to provide some sweetness. We use a specially modified yeast strain to bring a clean acidity to our fermentation before adding hundreds of pounds lemon puree. A short time spent conditioning on vanilla and cinnamon results in a sweet, tart, and delectable lemony dessert in your glass.
