Beer Description
Volume X revisits our original pairing of ripe peaches from Mick Klug Farms and a strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis known for its characteristics similar to white wine like Chenin Blanc and Pinot Gris. For the 2022 vintage we extended the contact time of the beer on the peaches. This allowed for the naturally occurring microflora on the peach skin to referment the beer alongside the chosen strain of Brettanomyces. The resulting beer is a beautiful expression of peach flavors with additional notes of white wine, SweetTarts, mango, a light funkiness and a quenching tart finish.
