Beer Description
Our most extremely-hopped beer to date, brewed with Phantasm powder and fermented with a Thiolized yeast strain. Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Strata, and Sabro hops. Phantasm is an extraction made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which are incredibly rich in Thiol precursors. The credit belongs to those who are actually in the Cellar, whose faces are marred by hop dust and yeast and trub, and if they fail, they fail while dry-hopping greatly.
