Beer Description
Inspired by our new buds down in Atlanta, we brewed a Belgian-Style Pilsner made with one barley grown in Belgium and some of our favorite classic European hops; namely, Spalt, Mittelfrueh and Strisselspalt. The bulk of the bitterness came from late kettle additions which give this little ditty a lovely noble-y hop aroma mixed with a malty sweet fragrance.
