Beer Description
The Finer Points of Bad Behavior is an ever evolving series of beers that pairs seasonal ingredients with unique strains of yeast specifically chosen to compliment, contrast, and elevate each other. Volume XIII pairs Blueberries from Mick Klug Farms with a strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis known for its combination of SweetTart-like aromas and subtle funkiness. It pours a deep Merlot-like maroon with notes of intense blueberry, cardamom, lemonheads, Trix cereal, and thai basil. It has a full, round body with a light blueberry skin tannin, and satisfying finish.
