Beer Description
This beer is a multi-grain take on a traditional farmhouse ale in which we used a wide variety of specialty grains to give it a complex, Malty flavor. In addition to that we added Saffron to accent the natural barnyard flavor and let it sit on a spontaneous yeast blend to give it some tartness.
