A Big Belated Birthday Beer brewed for Brett's birthday... Sorry its just a bit late. Brewed with cocoa nibs, cocoa beans and birthday cake frosting made to taste just like a slice of Chocolate Cake!
This one was made with the main botanicals found in gin, of course some grapefruit zest and citrusy hops for the juicy flavor and a nice refreshing sourness to tie it all together.
This one is based on another classic cocktail called the aviation. We took a wild ale as a base and added luxardo cherries, violets, gin botanicals and dry hopped it with lemon drop hops.
This is a special gose that we added cold smoked raw agave nectar to, let it sour over time and then we finished it off with a healthy amount of orange and lime zest.
Based on the cocktail, King Coffee, this stout is made with vanilla wafers in the mash, freshly roasted coffee, vanilla beans, lactose and finished off in a rum barrel.
This is a very special batch of our Saffron's Curse that has been carefully blended and sweetend with some sourwood honey as opposed to the traditional belgian candi sugar...
