A Munich Helles Lager is the epitome of balance and nuance. Noticeable malt character, but not too malty. Noticeable hop character, but not too hoppy. Fort George brewed with German malts to get the proper regional flavor profile and Hallertauer Mittlefruh hops for a delicate balance of floral and fruity. Fermentation was extra low and slow, creating a clean and crisp ester profile. And traditional spunding, where the tank is kept under pressure during fermentation, produced natural carbonation. The result is a sessionable, flavorful, crisp beer for your favorite outings.
