Barrel Aged Sour w/ Tart Cherry, Apricot & Vanilla • 6.2% // Our Marble of Doom VI, aged in French oak barrels for 9 months and conditioned on vanilla before packaging. Rich, salmon-pink-red hue with notes of dried cherries, stone fruit, intense acidity, round tannins, and subtle earthy funk on the finish. Regal & refined.
