Beer Description
A hazy IPA featuring hundreds of pounds of wet Simcoe hops from Sauve & Son Farms and Carpenter Ranches. On the dry-hop we hit it with freshly kilned Simcoe pellets from Sauve with some T-90s of Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe Cryo Hops for a dank & citrus
For the 2023 Hop Grind we collaborated with our buddies from Future Primitive and CervecerÃa Transpeninsular on a hazy IPA featuring hundreds of pounds of wet Simcoe hops from Sauve & Son Farms and Carpenter Ranches. On the dry-hop we hit it with freshly kilned Simcoe pellets from Sauve with some T-90s of Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe Cryo Hops for a dank & citrus profile.
