Beer Description
Blowing Rock Summer Ale is brewed in style of a Belgian White, or Witbier. Typical of the style, the product is fermented with a Belgian “wit” yeast strain. This hazy ale is characterized by a grain bill of pale malts and white wheat. The kettle hopping is signature Czech Saaz, and late kettleadditions of orange peel and coriander spice further accentuate this highlyenjoyable summer ale.
