Beer Description
Brewed with German Pilsner malt and German Tettnang hops, this Northern German Pilsner was cold fermented for 3 weeks before being lagered for an additional 8 weeks.
Brewed with German Pilsner malt and German Tettnang hops, this Northern German Pilsner was cold fermented for 3 weeks before being lagered for an additional 8 weeks. We then naturally carbonated with a technique called spunding which lends to a smooth rounded mouthfeel and scrub. Expect a balanced light beer with a dry finish and frothy head. This lager was “sampled” heavily from the fermenter and is one of our favorite to date. This is what we want to highlight in our lagers, simplicity and technique driven clean and bright and something we will drink for any occasion.
