Beer Description
Ale Aged in Oak – 4.8% alc/vol – We took our highly refreshing French style Saison French Nelly from the summer of 22’, and aged it gently in neutral oak for 1 year with our selection of wild yeast. The beer pours brilliantly golden and spritzy in the glass. Classic farmhouse flavors of hay, wildflower nectar, subtle barrel character, finished dry with pronounced passionfruit notes. We absolutely love what time and biology has achieved; from structure to the transformation of the Nelson hops.
