Beer Description
“Landbier" is a German term translating to “country beer,” and is often used to describe beers that would represent the local beer culture and ingredients. Ours is brewed by mixing pure Lake Michigan water with a multigrain blend of Indiana Pilsner, Spelt, and Triticale malts that were single decocted to enhance the malt expression. Gently hopped with Grungeist and Saphir hops as an homage to the origins of our brewing inspiration and naturally carbonated. This unfiltered lager has a pleasant breadiness coupled with hop derived flavors of fruit preserves and an organic honey-type of florality.
