Beer Description
A blend of sour ale (naturally acidified in our horizontal lacto tank) & wheat ale (brewed with 50% wheat malt & Southern Cross hops); infused with a touch of kosher salt plus coriander seeds and coriander flowers (sourced from the rooftop garden of our friends at the Evening Star Cafe (located in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA)).
