Centuries before hops were used to bitter and flavor beer, herbs reigned supreme. This modern version of a Gruit combines Black Abbey grown Tennessee products: Mugwort, Lemongrass, and Yarrow. Effervescent with golden hues and floral aromas, finishes with a herbaceous and citric crispness. Tastes like a walk through a fresh garden in spring.
