Beer Description
Moerlein Collaboration black lager with Highland brewer Mark Conti. Mark is a man of many talents, including being an amazing brewer. As soon as this piece of information was revealed we immediately drew up plans to brew together. Why not combine our Germanic heritage of style and give it a Scottish twist – hence Plaid Schwarz is born. A deliciously smooth and extremely dark lager, we gave this our own signature chocolate overtone and a refreshing balance of German hops.
