Beer Description
Throwing our backs into it, hoeing row by long row, we overcame the suffocating weeds to raise the nearly 400 poles of Fields 2 and 3, tie the wire and string, and finally see our new plantings rise to the sun. Quietly standing beside the 5.5 acres of young bines, Field 1 showed us why they used to call Sacramento ‘The Napa Valley of Hops’. Now we get to enjoy its second leaf harvest.
