Beer Description
This product was made using a dry hop method with homegrown Cascade hops and our Dry Cider as the base. Hops were sourced from Four Star Farms in Northfield MA as well. The cider sat for about one month before the desired flavor and aroma was achieved. The result is a cider that starts with a pleasant hop aroma followed by a hint of citrus taste and finishes with a mild grapefruit flavor, while keeping a Dry Cider characteristic.
