Beer Description
Wet hopped American Pale Ale: exclusively brewed with over 100 pounds of Yakima Valley wet Equinox hops (grown by B.T. Loftus ranches (Yakima Valley, Washington)); harvested and shipped on September 19th, then used in the brew the next morning; added to the mash, utilized in first wort hopping, throughout the boil, in the whirlpool and in our hopback for fresh notes of papaya, lemon-lime & red apple punctuated with aroma of fresh herbs and a touch of green pepper.
