Beer Description
Brewed with 50 lbs of hand caramelized sugar, Wishful Thinking is rich and complex with notes of dates and dark plum, Belgian spice notes and a smoothness that will leave you thinking you can handle another. We added a dimension of subtle wood by aging in a used oak barrel.
