This beer is fermented with our blend of French and American yeast strains.
The second beer in our Entrepôt “warehouse ale” series, [d’hiver] is a dark winter saison-style ale brewed with rye and spices. Mahogany in color, with notes of caramel, rye bread, orange, citrus spice, and anise.
